The Cowboys really used that way to throttle the Saints from the regular season. Man on wide receivers, include the jog, and do not bite play-action. The Rams offense has struggled occasionally because wide receiver Cooper Kupp was transferred to IR, and the Cowboys will attempt to capitalize on this. The Rams, however, have the weapons to create the Cowboys’ lifestyles hard.
The whole Rams crime however, will run via Gurley. The Cowboys were in the NFL against the series, whereas the Rams were the No. 3 racing team. When the Rams get Gurley heading early and create the play-action successful, then the Cowboys will probably have a very long moment. The Cowboys linebackers are a few of the finest in those playoffs, so it is going to return to them. Should they keep their eyes on the ball and then do not bite McVay’s motion-heavy crime, then the Rams offense could have another performance such as their loss against the Bears where they put up only six points and Gurley had 28 yards.
The Cowboys offensively, clearly, will be moving through Ezekiel Elliott. The Cowboys finished 10th in the NFL running the balland despite their vaunted defensive line that the Rams were 23rd protecting it. They were 14th contrary to the pass that, although not good, remains a dangerous way to play them because of their massive overhaul rushers (especially Aaron Donald).
Both these teams are extremely harmful in their own manner, however, the Cowboys have an x-factor in their own side: Momentum. They have won eight of the past nine matches, along with the Rams’ last two wins have come from the Cardinals and 49ers. A win is a triumph, but wins are not created equal. The Cowboys have the chance to play spoiler in this sport, and they are well aware.
Who will win?
Our CBS Sports specialists are, perhaps unsurprisingly, split down the middle with this one. At a 4-4 tie, Pete Prisco, Will Brinson, Ryan Wilson and John Breech such as the Cowboys to pull of the mad, whereas Jared Dubin, Jason La Canfora, Jamey Eisenberg and Dave Richard such as the Rams to hold down L.A. With That Said, everybody with the exception of Richard enjoys the Cowboys to pay the seven-point disperse, therefore expect a close game in Any Event.
